Molly and Bret were such a pleasure to work with! Often when clients hire us for full service coordination, it’s because they have extremely busy lives or heavy work schedules and they realize that planning a wedding can easily turn into a full-time job.
Molly and Bret took that to a whole new level as they were both completing their doctorate programs throughout the planning process plus they were traveling frequently for work. Although it was a busy time for them, they not only completed their decorate programs the week before their wedding, and got to celebrate that success, but they also got to spend an amazing weekend with their family and friends to celebrate their marriage.
They did have some clear expectations as to how they wanted their overall wedding weekend to flow, but they trusted our expertise to pull all the details together. They could not have picked a more beautiful time of year to get married at the Double Eagle Resort in June Lake, CA. The big winter provided white capped mountains even in late May, which made the perfect backdrop to their outdoor ceremony. Guests were treated to live music by a local string band, delicious cocktails and food, hysterical commentary by their toastmasters, and an awesome dance party. The overall décor elements were so elegant and timeless and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome of their wedding.
