Callie and Jess worked our wedding in July 2021 and they were awesome, helpful, friendly and professional. I just needed help the week of with making sure the vendors were all good to go and that everything ran smoothly on the day of. We had a consultation over the phone and then I met them right before the rehearsal to walk through the wedding space and show them all the decorations that I would need them to setup the next day. They both had great inputs when we were rehearsing, set everything up beautifully, kept us on our timeline the whole day, we're super helpful during all the different stages of the day and packed all my decorations up and dropped them off after the wedding. I would definitely recommend using Green Fox! It's so worth it to have the pros on your side and helping everything go smoothly. You don't want to be running around morning of doing all of these things rather than enjoying the getting ready process. Thanks so much ladies!

My fiancé/husband and I were in town to get married and were hoping to get a steamer to clean up our wedding day attire. Sandra was super accommodating and very friendly when we went to pick up the steamer. She also allowed us to add on a few umbrellas since the forecast was showing thunderstorms for the day of. It did rain and the umbrellas were super handy. Her prices were very reasonable and pick up/drop off was super easy. We appreciated her flexibility! I almost wish we needed more things from her since she had such cute items for rent. Would definitely recommend anyone having a wedding or event in Mammoth use Sandra and her team.

So I never do positive reviews on Yelp. But Green Fox Events went above and beyond all of my expectations. Cara was so easy to work with. I had no idea how to plan a wedding so I was nervous how everything would turn out. She took of few things I liked from Pinterest and literally brought everything to life. Her attention to detail was outstanding in every way. From decorations, to seamlessly directing a wedding, to bending down to carry the train of my dress so she wouldn't be in the pictures, to attending to all of our guests she was just unbelievable. I just love her and her entire spirit. I didn't have any stress during the entire process. My wedding was everything I ever wanted it to be and I will forever be grateful to Green Fox Events.

Cara and Sandra were amazing. They were detailed, organized, thought about all this stuff i never would have thought about (and I'm a planner). rates were reasonable and great value. Rental linens were lovely, and the setup was amazing. Everyone could not say enough great stuff about how gorgeous the wedding was. It was a huge weight off me and my fmaily to have them there. Plus, they're just cool people. You won't regret it.

We wanted a DIY wedding with a lower budget in Mammoth.  When our venue (Hayden Cabin) required us to have a wedding coordinator for the day of, they recommended Green Fox Events.  After a free phone consultation with the team, we arrived at a combination of consultation hours leading up to the wedding and week-of and day-of hands-on help.  It was the perfect amount of help.  I was able to do a lot of the work ahead of time with guidance and front-loaded contacts from Cara and the team.  The week and day of could not have been more perfect.  I actually felt relaxed and enjoyed spending time with family and friends because everything was taken care of.

The Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation loves working with Sandra, Kristy and the Green Fox Team for our annual fundraising event, the Mammoth Invitational. This year they ran our live and silent auctions including procuring and cataloguing auction items, displaying items and following up with buyers to book experiences, etc. They also coordinated our evening event production and ensured the night ran smoothly with all necessary people on the same page including sound and lighting, emcee, auctioneer, speakers, catering staff, etc. Green Fox gives true attention to every detail. They are sincerely dependable and make event planning less stressful and more fun!

Where do we even begin.... To start, having a destination wedding isn't easy...unless you have Green Fox. Sandra, Cara, and their team will go above and beyond for you. What ever you ask for, they deliver it and more. The coordinating, the details, the vendors, and so much more is handled with professionalism and class and yet they still make you feel like family. So just a little low down on our wedding weekend. We reserved Pokonobe Lodge for a "Welcome Dinner" the night before our wedding, where we had a taco truck and kayaks and standup paddle boards available for our guests to use on the lake. The next day, our ceremony was at St. Joseph's Catholic Church and our reception was at Hayden Cabin. It rained during our ceremony but cleared up in time for us to enjoy cocktail hour with our guests. When we were seated for dinner, it started pouring again! And we're talking cats and dogs. Did that stop the Green Fox crew? NO WAY!! While we and our guests had shelter and enjoyed our delicious dinner catered by BLEU, (best food in town, shout out to Brandon and Theresa) the Green Fox crew worked diligently to keep us dry. As they got soaked, their smiles never stopped and their desire to help never ceased. The moment the summer thunder storm cleared, Sandra and Cara had that dance floor dried and we were able to dance the night away with our guests. Mammoth has always been a special place to my wife and me. We felt we were taking a risk having a destination wedding, but we are so happy that we did. Not only was it the best, most memorable weekend of our lives, but our guests are still talking about it two years later! How it was the best wedding they've ever been to. And without a doubt, hands down, we owe that to Green Fox. We could never thank them enough. If you're thinking of planning a wedding or an event in Mammoth, California and you want it to be unforgettable, and filled with laughs and love, don't think twice about hiring Green Fox to make it happen.

Cara, Sandra, and the entire Green Fox Events team were nothing but a pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. We were lucky enough to find them at a wedding gala Mammoth Mountain held 10 months prior to our wedding. In retrospect, I am not entirely sure how we would have pulled off our 220 person destination wedding without the help of this fantastic team. Cara was our go to girl and we worked closely with her during the months prior to the wedding. She was such a pleasure to work with as she was always prepared with an agenda for each meeting, a timeline to keep us on track and ideas about to execute our vision. She helped with everything from decor, lighting, drapery, communication with our vendors, and ran rehearsal/ceremony. We touched base with her multiple times the week of the wedding and she was there every step of the way on the actual wedding day. Her support throughout the entire process helped us to have the magical weekend we wished for.... a true dream come true!! Green Fox is perfect because you can decide how much help you want in planning your big day. They will do absolutely everything for you, or they will just be there to hold your hand during the week of your big event. Their moto is "No Stress Allowed" and they truly take all the stress away. Such a wonderful group to work with!! Thank you for everything!!
